Speakers

Dr Sonnenberg is an NHS GP with an interest in women's health and menopause. She is the co-author of the book Women's Health Made Easy, due to be published early 2026 and is the founder of Rowena Health. She has an interest in cardiometabolic health and is in the final stages of completing a post graduate diploma in Obesity and Weight Management. She sits on the wider committee for the Primary Care Women's Health Society and is involved in education for both health professionals and for women via articles, webinars and speaking at local and national conferences.
