Faye Edwards
Senior Programme Manager - Long Term Conditions,
Health Innovation Network South London
I am a senior Programme Manager specialising in NHS quality improvement, digital innovation, and large scale service redesign. My career began as a Senior Podiatrist with specialist expertise in diabetic wound care, before moving into project and programme management where I’ve built a strong track record of delivering transformative change across multiple clinical areas.
I currently lead the Diabetes Programme at the Health Innovation Network South London, including the HIN National Programme for Hybrid Closed Loop adoption and type 1 diabetes outpatient transformation. My work focuses on accelerating the spread and adoption of digital technologies, improving outcomes, and supporting systems to deliver more equitable, efficient, and patient‑centred care.
Previously, I led the HIN National Programme for Atrial Fibrillation, supporting regions across England to embed evidence‑based practice at scale.
I am an NHS Digital Academy alumna with an MSc (Distinction) in Digital Health Leadership from Imperial College London. With a blend of clinical insight, digital expertise, and strategic programme leadership, I work at the intersection of clinical practice, delivery, and innovation to drive meaningful, sustainable improvement across the NHS.
