Joana Teles has worked in renal since 2012 and early in my career, she developed a conscious strategy to widen my experience covering different clinical areas to become an experienced senior renal nurse. She has also worked across four London teaching hospitals giving her the ability to learn different team dynamics and ability to adapt and network. Over the last three years, she has expanded her work supporting primary care and integration of renal services. Joana is currently the CKD lead nurse for NWL leading education for patients and HCP across primary care.
