Dr Sophie Harris is the clinical lead for diabetes at King's college hospital as well as South London's Health Innovation Network and King's Health Partners. She has a special interest in health inequalities and is a strong believer in self-management in chronic conditions. She uses her leadership roles to influence this locally and has enjoyed expanding this to the National Diabetes Experience survey
