How do I enter?

We will accept submissions that have been presented in the last 24 months at other conferences, should you feel you would gain greater exposure at CVRM Professional Care. *Please note on your entry where and when you have previously presented.

An independent adjudication panel will assess the applications and determine abstracts that will be presented.

All accepted Poster presenters must attend the CVRM Professional Care.

It is essential that abstract submissions are set out accurately and must follow these guidelines; otherwise, they may be rejected.

What is the entry deadline?

Submissions will close at Midday on Friday 4th September 2026.

Where will my poster be presented?

The poster zone is a feature on the exhibition floor that will consist of up to 50 posters submitted from across the UK and viewed by the thousands of healthcare professionals that attend CVRM Professional Care.

You will be required to print and bring your poster with you to the show.

What are the abstract criteria?

Your abstract should demonstrate appropriate and/or innovative piece of work relating to patient care and/or your practice. We welcome abstracts relating to the overall themes of our main content theatres. Please see themes here.

*Please note not conforming to the abstract structure will result in rejection.

Can I edit an entry after submission?

Yes, as long as it is before the final entry deadline of 4th September 2026.

To make a change to your entry please contact cvrm@closerstillmedia.com.

*No changes can be made once the final deadline has passed

When will I know that my abstract will be presented?

We will announce all abstract finalists by 21st September 2026. You will also receive an email notification with your result.
